Compliance Analyst

pWe are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to assist the Compliance Manager to ensure Compliance with all applicable Regulations across Finance / Banking /pbr /pResponsibilities: /pbr /ulliAssist in the Bank#039;s compliance obligations to the various laws, rules and regulations, including Banking. /lili Support in the maintenance, improvement, and introduction of controls to mitigate compliance risks. /liliSupport compliance monitoring and testing and analysis of the results identifying any deficiencies. /liliEscalate appropriate concerns to the Compliance Manager. /liliAssisting in the implementation of new test checks/reviews. /liliSupport the Bank in maintaining a sound compliance framework, including an up-to-date compliance register. /liliWork to achieve increased compliance awareness and maintain a strong compliance culture across the organization. /liliAssist generally the Compliance Manager, including with ad-hoc projects or tasks as required. /li /ulbr /pSkills Experience: /pbr /ulliBanking and/or finance and/or law related qualification from a reputable European university or equivalent. /lili Minimum two years experience in a similar role. /liliGood knowledge of Maltese and European banking legislation including Banking Rules. /liliStrong organizational abilities. /liliAbility to work under pressure. /liliBeing meticulous and attentive to detail. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills (English). /liliProficiency in using MS Office applications especially MS Excel. /li /ulbr/br/Adress:
