TYPICAL CHALLENGE OF YOUR POSITION
  • You are the point of contact for management, supervisors and employees for all HR-related issues along our employee lifecycle
  • You create and coordinate all personnel-related contract documents (including employment contracts, agreements and references) and are the first point of contact for the usual authorities
  • You are responsible for the correct preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting in collaboration with our external payroll accountant
  • You have the operational responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and ensure efficient and needs-based HR processes
  • You maintain an overview of all personnel data in our HR Management Tool Personio as well as our personnel files and ensure that they are up-to-date and of high quality
  • You are responsible for managing and implementing the recruiting process and advising our departments on personnel planning
Qualifikation


DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre an Berufserfahrung in der generalistischen Personalarbeit gesammelt
  • Du bist ein offener und kommunikativer Mensch und hast die Fäber sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Du kennst Dich bereits mit dem HR Management Tool Personio aus
  • Du bringst Interesse an arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen mit und konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Einhaltung rechtlicher Anforderungen sammeln
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Personalprozessen und möchtest diese weiter vorantreiben
