Your responsibilities:

Manage the HR tasks for a defined group of employees independently, including contract preparation, payroll, communication with authorities, and maintenance of electronic personnel records.

Act as the main contact for various retirement plans and assist in digitizing HR processes.

Provide support to managers and employees regarding work-related queries.

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR and expertise in retirement benefits.

Strong knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law.

Several years of experience in HR.

Proficient in MS Office and SAP HCM.

Interest in digitalization and process optimization.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
