Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie leiten das fünfköpfige Team und behalten den Überblick über die anliegenden Aufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Rechnungswesen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Jahresabschluss, Zuschusswesen und Entgeltverhandlungen
- Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Zuschussgeber, Banken und das Finanzamt
- Sie überarbeiten und gestalten regelmäßig existierende Prozesse und nehmen erforderliche Anpassungen selbstverantwortlich vor
- Sie überführen existierende Prozesse ins Digitale
- Sie werden Teil des Leitungsteams des Caritasverbandes in Landshut
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation/Erfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen und MS Excel, Kenntnisse in DATEV von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eine hohe Affinität zur Prozessgestaltung und Digitalisierung
- Selbstständiger, pragmatischer und kostenbewusster Arbeitsstil
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und Freude am Gestalten
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
