Ihr Posten in unserer Crew

  • Wenn es um die Betreuung von schwerpunktmäßig gewerblichen Immobilien im Speziellen geht, sind Sie mit spürbarer Begeisterung bei der Sache.
  • Entsprechend engagiert kümmern Sie sich als zentrale Ansprechperson „Ihrer“ Immobilie um die Belange der Mieter und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Handwerkern, Behörden, Versicherungen und externen Dienstleistern. li>
  • Das bedeutet: Sie managen und überwachen verantwortungsbewusst die mietvertraglichen Pflichten und Rechte, erstellten Mietverträge und Nachträge, erteilen Reparatur-, Modernisierungs-, Instandhaltungs- sowie weitere Dienstleistungsaufträge und wickeln Versicherungsschäden ab.
  • Hierbei steuern Sie zuverlässig die eingebundenen Dienstleister und sind auch bei Objektbegehungen und Abnahme/Übergabe von Mietflächen etc. vor Ort.
  • Klar, dass Sie als Objektcontroller die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Immobilie zu jeder Zeit im Blick behalten und das Forderungsmanagement übernehmen.
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere AssetManager

Das haben Sie im Gepäck

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann/-kauffrau, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. zum/zur Immobilienfachwirt/-in)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung gewerblicher Immobilien
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und möglichst Anwenderpraxis in immobilienspezifischer Software
  • Eigeninitiative, Einsatzfreude und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ein sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
