This is a Hybrid role operating out of our HQ in Frankfurt am Main.

We are looking for a talented individual with a can do mentality and exceptional storytelling abilities to inspire and lead our sales team in Germany and drive our expansion across the D|A|CH region.

As our Manager of Regional Sales, you'll be at the helm of our growth journey, fostering a culture of positivity and proactive thinking within your team. If you have a proven track record as an account manager or salesperson—ideally in the channel—and excel under pressure while communicating with authenticity and engaging storytelling, you could be the perfect fit for us.

Your mission should you accept it:

Team Development: Lead, develop, mentor, and manage a team of Channel Account Manager, ensuring their growth and success.

Performance Management: Oversee the day-to-day performance of our Channel Account Managers, conduct performance reviews, and monitor KPI and target attainment.

Sales Funnel Management: Utilize the Pax8 sales methodology to manage the 30/60/90-day sales funnel for your region.

MSP Community Building: Contribute to establishing a sustainable and healthy MSP community in Germany through public engagements and media interactions.

Strategic Alignment: Conduct regular meetings with your team to align on DACH FY strategy and targets.

What are the Challenges in this role?

We are a Technology Unicorn and move at lightning speed - be comfortable "flying the plane while building it"
Supporting and developing managers to navigate huge growth and operational changes, while creating an environment where psychological safety builds trust & confidence
Growing and re-calibrating selling methodology, books of business, compensation plans, and process rigor while striving for increased sales performance.
This is a "deliver through" influencer & delivery role, where collaboration and diverse ideas are valued and everyone's voice should be heard.

You'll be ideal for us if you have:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
Proficiency in sales fundamentals and.
Proven experience in sales management and pipeline management, preferably in the channel.
Experience in building and maintaining MSP relationships preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to align teams with organizational strategy and targets.
Commitment to personal and professional development.
