- Du baust das Konzernrechnungswesen auf, inklusive der Implementierung einer Konsolidierungssoftware
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen im Konzern mit
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich den Konzernabschluss nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Du führst die Intercompany-Abstimmung durch
- Du stellst die Einhaltung internationaler Bilanzierungsgrundsätze (IFRS/US GAAP) im gesamten Konzern sicher
- Du beteiligst dich an M&A-Projekten, einschließlich der Integration von Accounting-Prozessen und der Finanzberichterstattung sowie arbeitest in Projekten bzgl. Prozessoptimierung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens mit und fungierst als Ansprechperson für Berater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau von Konzernrechnungswesen / Konsolidierung sowie der erstmaligen Einführung einer Konsolidierungssoftware
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konsolidierung und im Abschluss von Konzerngesellschaften sowie Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungssoftware und ERP-Systemen
- Du hast analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen zu interpretieren
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Einhaltung strikter Fristen zu arbeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
