Durch Fokus auf Developer Experience und Productivity streben wir herausragende Effizienz, Effektivität und Attraktivität in der Softwareentwicklung an, um Mercedes-Benz nachhaltig zu einem beispielhaften Software-Unternehmen zu entwickeln. Als Teil unseres - etwa 45 Personen umfassenden - Developer Productivity Teams, unterstützt du uns in diesem Bestreben. Du entwickelst mit uns Software Lösungen, die unsere Mitarbeitenden in ihrem Alltag und Arbeitsfluss unterstützen und sich darin integrieren.

  • Mit deiner Begeisterung für das Thema Developer Productivity bringst du dich aktiv in unsere Themen ein, erkennst Hemmnisse im Entwicklungsprozess und findest dafür innovative und
    ganzheitliche Lösungen.

  • Du entwickelst Backends und Plattformen mit modernen Tools und Sprachen.

  • Du verfolgst Trends und Technologieentwicklungen innerhalb deiner Domäne und bringst diese Impulse konstruktiv in deinem Arbeitsalltag ein.

  • Unsere Produkte betreiben wir in modernen Cloud Architekturen in private und public Clouds.

  • Du bist Teil eines professionellen Teams, das nach agilen Prinzipien agiert und sich konstant selbst challengt und weiterentwickelt.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw.
    Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker*in erfolgreich beendet.

  • Du hast fortgeschrittene Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Technologien: GoLang, Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API-Protokolle, Container-Technologien (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm), SQL/NoSQL Datenbanken, Git.

  • Du hast Kenntnisse in Microservice Architekturen, Application
    Security, Continuous Integration und agilen Methoden wie vorzugsweise Scrum oder Extreme Programming.

  • Du bist offen für Neues und möchtest dich mit unserer Unterstützung stetig weiterentwickeln.

  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
