Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die das Projektmanagement im Innovation Center leitet und unsere Innovationsvisionen vorantreibt. Als Team Lead Project Management (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie mitunter folgende Aufgaben: • Führen und Weiterentwickeln eines Teams von Projekt Managern • Übernahme von Projekten von der Kundenanfrage bis zur Endabnahme • Definition und Management von erfolgreichen interdisziplinären und bereichsübergreifenden Projekt-Teams, auch über mehrere Standorte • Projektmanagement inkl. Konzeption, Projektplanung, Projektdurchführung, Projektcontrolling und –reporting sowie Leitung der Projektteams • PMO – Erstellung von Richtlinien und Standards für das Projektmanagement Ihre Qualifikationen Folgendes Skillset rundet Ihr Profil ab: • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder Wirtschaftsingenieurstudium • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektierung großer Infrastruktur- oder Technologie-Projekte • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu den Standards der Projekt-Management-Prozesse • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Spektrum Projektmanagement-Organisation, -Prozesse und -Kosten • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
