Senior Workplace Engineer

These exciting tasks await you:- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device and app management
- Develop and maintain policies for device and application management
- Support the integration of Intune with other Microsoft 365 services
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (Incident and Service Request)
- Document processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Experience in implementing security policies and management solutions for devices
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Team-oriented work style and high level of commitment
- Very good knowledge of German and fluent English
