Was erwartet dich?
  • Du bist als Customer Support Manager (m/w/d) die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen und trägst damit zur Förderung und Optimierung unserer Customer Experience bei
  • Du sorgst für eine umfassende und kompetente Beratung unserer Kund:innen über unsere verschiedenen Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail oder Live-Chat)
  • Du wirkst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team und den Fachabteilungen an der stetigen Optimierung unserer Customer Journey mit
  • Du bist für die proaktive Qualitätssicherung unserer Sendungen verantwortlich (Laufzeit, Kommunikation, Schadenquote) und agierst lösungsorientiert bei schwierigeren Sachverhalten
  • Du hast zudem die Möglichkeit, individuelle Einzelkund:innen zu betreuen und die Kundenbindung zu stärken
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder alternativ Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung in Kombination mit einem positiven und verbindlichen Auftreten
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, was ein Plus ist
