Specialist Financial Planning / Analysis (all genders) Folgende Abenteuer warten bei Schleich auf dich: * Country Business Controller: o Sammeln, analysieren und interpretieren von Daten, um Trends, Muster und Erkenntnisse zu identifizieren o Übernahme der Verantwortung für das Vertriebs- und Kostencontrolling in den einzelnen Ländern o Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Senior Management * Prognosen und Planung: o Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prognosen und Zielen auf der Grundlage von historischen Daten, Markttrends und Geschäftszielen o Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung von Strategien und Aktionsplänen zur Zielerreichung o Tracken des Budgets im Rahmen der monatlichen Berichterstattung * Prozess-Optimierung: o Identifikation von Ineffizienzen und Engpässen in allen FP&A-Prozessen und Lösungserarbeitung o Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen und Best Practices * BI-Tools und Data Warehouse: o Unterstützung des BI-Teams bei der Erstellung von Dashboards für Kostenstellenverantwortliche, Ländermanager und das Senior Management o Unterstützung bei der Integration/Anpassung neuer SAP-Prozesse in SAP (Fertigungsaufträge, SD-Konditionen) Die Kapitel deiner bisherigen Story: * Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich * 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controller/Finanzen/FP&A * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit guten Excel-Kenntnissen * Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und BI * Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten * Detailorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen * Fließende Englischkenntnisse Weder Königreiche noch Goldberge – aber viele andere Belohnungen: * Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen, keine Karriere der anderen.
