Join Our Team as HR Manager: About the Company: Our client is a globally operating manufacturing company and part of a global group that generates billions in revenue with its several thousand employees. We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated candidates (m/f/d) for this company.

Job Description: You will take on the professional leadership and disciplinary responsibility within the HR department You are the primary contact for upper management, including production management and executive management You support and advise senior executives and the workforce at the location You manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to development to exit You prepare HR reports such as the Headcount Report and international reporting and manage the HR budget You are the contact person for the works council and represent HR interests You implement annual standard procedures such as salary adjustments, bonus payments, and performance evaluations You handle assignment matters and international employee deployments You continuously optimize and update HR processes You work closely with the finance department and HR staff at the international level You participate in and partially lead HR projects at the national and European levels

Profile: You have successfully completed studies in economics or business administration or a comparable qualification You have extensive professional experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company You have initial leadership experience You have excellent organizational skills, initiative, and project management competencies You have a solid understanding of cost control and process management You are an empathetic individual with team spirit, effective communication skills, and a practical approach You have the ability to cooperate at all levels of the company and enable equal collaboration with colleagues You have fluent German (C2 level) and advanced English (C1 level) skills in speech and writing
