Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Oktober 2024 (oder früher) eine/-n:

Application Specialist - Electronics (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgaben-/Verantwortungsbereich:

- Technische Unterstützung für Kundendienst und Vertriebsabteilung
- Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und Unterstützung zugewiesener Produkte
- Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern und Händlern, um Produkte für bestimmte Anwendungen zu dimensionieren
- Bereitstellung von Produktspezifikationen und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Angebote
- After-Sales-Support für Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte nach der Installation/Implementierung ordnungsgemäß funktionieren
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Produktanwendungen
- Unterstützung bei der Produkteinführung mit Marketingmaterialien und -informationen, einschließlich Broschüren, Katalogen, Bedienungsanleitungen und Ersatzteillisten
- Sicherstellung, dass Produktunterlagen auf dem neuesten Stand sind
- Überprüfung von Kundenreklamationen
- Mithilfe bei der Produktschulung von Vertriebs-, Service- und Marketingmitarbeitern
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik dem Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen, um die Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen
