THE FUTURE LOOKS LIKE YOU
As a Business Process Specialist in Procurement (internally known as BuyOS), you play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing our procurement solutions to bolster operational excellence. You are responsible for identifying process simplifications and establishing clear business rules. By actively engaging with stakeholders, you gather their requirements and design effective solutions, ultimately driving improvements and streamlining our supply chain processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maximize the value of our Procurement solutions (internally referred to as BuyOS) by driving simplifications that lead to increased efficiency and competitive advantage.
* Stay informed about market developments and assess how these trends can support or streamline processes at C&A.
* Translate business process proposals into workable solutions and validate their feasibility within the end-to-end (E2E) process.
* Provide first and second-level support for the tools and systems delivered.
* Ensure the seamless integration of tools and processes within the E2E Supply Chain.
* Conduct integration and partial user acceptance testing for developed tools.
* Develop training materials, and organize and conduct training sessions for business professionals to optimize the use of the tools.
