Aufgaben
- Du bist Product Manager*in eines zentralen LEAN / BIM Softwaresystems
- Du entwickelst Produktstrategien und Roadmaps für die Produkte, um den Markterfolg zu maximieren.
- Du pflegst das Produkt Backlog (Epic) und priorisierst dieses in Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung und dem Sales.
- Du erstellst User Stories und priorisierst diese in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von internen und externen Produktschulungen
- Du planst und koordinierst die Produkteinführung in enger Abstimmung mit den involvierten Stakeholdern
- Du führst Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Du bist für das Produktcontrolling verantwortlich und leitest Maßnahmen ab, um die Zielerreichung zu überwachen
- Du übernimmst die Rolle des Product Owners im agilen Produktentstehungsprozess von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der strategischen Produktplanung (Produkt-Roadmap) und dessen Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
- Du unterstützt das Produktmarketing bei der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien (Print und Online)
- Du bist für die fachliche Anforderungsabwicklung (Einholung, Analyse, Priorisierung, Formulierung, Release-Planung und Abnahme bis zum Roll-out) verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst Schnittstellen zwischen der Plattform und den darauf aufbauenden Produkten bzw. Customizings
- Du zeigst die Definitionslücken und erarbeitest Verbesserungsvorschläge für Softwarefunktionalitäten und stimmst es mit den relevanten Stakeholdern ab
Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Epics, User Stories und Backlog-Spezifikationen
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der agilen Produktentwicklung gesammelt
- Digital Mock Up (DMP) ist für dich kein Fremdwort
- Kenntnisse in Figma oder ähnlichen Grafikprogrammen sind ein großes Plus
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein Organisationstalent helfen dir dabei, dich in verschiedene Zielgruppen hineinzuversetzen
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digitale Produkte, vorzugsweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche
- Deine Kenntnisse in der BIM-Methode sind von Vorteil
- Lean Management Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
