Aufgaben

Der Retail Operations Manager wird eine zentrale Rolle bei der reibungslosen Durchführung des Order-to-Cash-Prozesses für Einzelhandelskunden in Großbritannien und der EU spielen. Diese Person wird strategische Führung und Anleitung für das Retail Logistics Team bieten und starke Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern und wichtigen Handelspartnern aufbauen. Darüber hinaus wird diese Rolle als Operations Oracle Super User Initiativen aus Systemimplementierungen leiten und Effizienz sowie Effektivität im gesamten Unternehmen vorantreiben.

  • Leitung und Unterstützung der Retail Logistics Coordinators und Teamleiter
  • Coaching und Entwicklung des Teams zur Verbesserung der Leistung und Verantwortlichkeit
  • Implementierung von Best Practices für reibungslose Einzelhandelslogistikabläufe
  • Überwachung von Schlüsselkennzahlen zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
