  • Sie tra­gen die Ver­ant­wor­tung für die ope­ra­ti­ve Per­so­nal­ar­beit im Rah­men des ge­sam­ten Employee Life­cy­cles in­ner­halb des Ver­trieb Deutsch­land
  • Sie ver­ant­wor­ten die Im­ple­men­tie­rung von mo­der­nen HR-Kon­zep­ten und HR-In­stru­men­ten in­ner­halb Ih­res Be­rei­ches in en­ger Ab­stim­mung mit den Kon­zern­funk­tio­nen so­wie den üb­ri­gen Ge­sell­schaf­ten und stel­len die Zu­sam­men­ar­beit mit den je­wei­li­gen Schnitt­stel­len si­cher
  • Auf­bau ei­ner ska­lier­ba­ren Per­so­nal- und Ta­lent­funk­ti­on, um das Un­ter­neh­men durch das be­vor­ste­hen­de Wachs­tum zu un­ter­stüt­zen

  • Mehr­jäh­rige nach­ge­wie­se­ne Er­fah­rung als HR-Lea­der (m/w/d)
  • Sie konn­ten be­reits mehr­jäh­rige Füh­rungs­er­fah­rung im ope­ra­ti­ven Per­so­nal­we­sen sam­meln, idea­ler­weise in ei­nem In­dus­trie­un­ter­neh­men oder ei­ner Ver­triebs­or­ga­ni­sa­ti­on
