Generative KI (GenAI) ist ein perfekter Partner, um unsere Kunden noch besser bei ihren Arbeiten zu unterstützen. Die neu gegründete Abteilung "Research and Development AI" hat in zentraler Funktion die Aufgabe, entsprechende Produkterweiterungen mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen zu entwickeln. Als Abteilungsleiter:in initiierst und begleitest du die KI-Projekte und baust die Abteilung weiter auf. Du bist direkt der Geschäftsführung unterstellt und unterstützt unternehmensweit die Integration innovativer KI-basierter Lösungen.Deine Aufgaben
  • Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens im Umfeld KI mit Fokus GenAI
  • Verantwortliche Planung und Steuerung der Abteilung entsprechend der strategischen Ziele
  • Gestaltung eines aktiven Austauschs mit den Geschäftsbereichen und anderen Vorentwicklungsabteilungen
  • Verantwortung für die Technologien und Konzepte der Abteilung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter:innen (MA-Gespräche, Coaching, Personalentwicklung)
Dein Profil
  • Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-basierten Lösungen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit disziplinarischer und fachlicher Verantwortung
  • Selbstständige, analytische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umfeld Automotive Electronics
