We believe in long-term partnerships and close collaboration - working side by side with our clients to build solutions that grow with their business.We are looking for an HR Generalist to integrate our Human Resources team.You will be the first point of contact for our employees, working closely with the Head of Human Resources and other stakeholders, optimizing existing processes and getting involved in Human Resources projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Human Resources in a broad range of activities, including performance management, employee engagement, M&A activities, on- and offboarding, and employment transactions.Responsible for all administrative requests, including but not limited to creating contracts, amendments, certificates, reference letters, etc.Provide first level support to internal and external HR related inquiries and escalates to appropriate contact person.In collaboration with Finance and external payroll provider, prepares, processes and reviews monthly payroll for German employees.Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits deductions, and leaves of absence.Reconcile payroll reports and prepare audit documentation as needed.Assist in implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.Responsible for on- and offboarding administrative duties, liaises with key stakeholders, and updates employee records accordingly.Assist, prepare, and review Human Resources reports to Head of HR, Leadership and key stakeholders.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well as drafts communication for Workers Council.Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.Support other functions or tasks as assigned.QualificationsCompleted commercial training with an additional qualification in the field of Human Resources, a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualificationSkillsAt least 2 years of professional experience in HR work as well as specialist knowledge in payroll accounting, payroll tax and social security law and labor law.Experience in working with the works council is preferredHands-on mentality with independent work and organizational skillsResilient team player, motivated and committed personality with a high degree of reliability, trustworthiness and diligenceGood written and spoken English skills round off your profileEligibility RequirementsCandidate must be eligible to work in the country specific to the position.Fixed-term contract for 1 year with possibility to convert to permanentMust have C1 German language skills for daily communication and advanced work tasksWhat's in it for youLots of autonomy, flexible work culture and hybrid workOpportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth companyOpportunity to learn, expand your skill set, forge lasting relationships and make your mark within the diverse and inclusive community
