Join us as we lead the future of finance automation Meet the Team: You will be part of a team of four controllers, reporting to the Director Controlling & Procurement. The team holds a key position within the complex Finance Department and acts as a true business consultant towards the Executive Board. Your Day to Day: Act as a key figure for financial insights by taking responsibility for cost controlling, margin analysis and identifying, evaluating and commenting on operational KPIs. You create forecasts, reports and ad-hoc analyses for the business, present these in meetings and build and maintain partnerships with your business stakeholders. You participate in the annual business plan and forecast preparation maintaining consistent communication with the respective part of the organization and C-level executives.You will lead the month-end close process for specific units and ensure that the financial reports meet the high standards of our stakeholders and shareholders As we operate in an international, private equity-backed and growing environment, collaboration in project controlling and the management of strategic initiatives round off your area of responsibility:- Managing global sales controlling, including commission calculation.- Maintaining consistent communication with the sales organization and C-level executives What makes you excel in this position: You're a Controller by Heart: You have a strong preference in facts and figures and can easilyconvince others from your source of truth, as you have your data always fully in control - be it in Excel, SAP or similar tools.
