FP&A Manager (m/w/d) und Projektcontroller
Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten die pünktliche und korrekte Berichterstattung sämtlicher Unternehmenskennzahlen in die Reporting-Software des Konzerns sowie die Erstellung und die aussagekräftige Kommentierung des Monatsberichts
- Als Besonderheit übernehmen Sie in Personalunion das Projektcontrolling und agieren hier als Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für das Projektmanagement, insbesondere in Bezug auf Umsatzplanung und Margenqualität
- Mitwirkung bei der Unternehmensplanung und der Forecast-Erstellung
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Unterstützung / Vertretung im Bereich Produktionscontrolling
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen und Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse vor dem Management-Team/ Geschäftsführung
- Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Management-Reportings und der steuerungsrelevanten Kennzahlen (KPI)
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bereichsübergreifender Prozesse
- Kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3-5 Jahren im FP&A-Bereich oder Controlling in einer international ausgerichteten Konzernstruktur
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, bevorzugt IFS, und Konsolidierungssoftware (IBM Cognos, Hyperion o. ä.)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer umsetzungsorientierten Grundhaltung
- Prozessdenker (m/w/d) mit Blick über den Tellerrand
- Klare und strukturierte Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
