Team Lead (m/w/d) Process Automation
Aufgaben
- Disziplinarische Führung: Sie leiten das Team Process Automation mit ca. 6 Mitarbeitenden und sorgen für eine motivierende und leistungsfördernde Arbeitsatmosphäre
- Strategische Projektierung: Sie entwickeln und setzen Strategien für moderne und innovative digitale Technologien in der Produktion und Verpackung um
- Technologie-Management: Sie suchen, evaluieren und implementieren neue Technologien und Tools zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Systempflege und -weiterentwicklung: Sie pflegen und entwickeln bestehende Technologien, Monitoring-Systeme und Tools kontinuierlich weiter
- Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsausbau: Sie treiben die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in der Produktion und Verpackung voran
- Anlagenmodernisierung: Sie modernisieren Anlagen- und Gerätesteuerungen und unterstützen bei der Geräte- und Anlagenqualifizierung
- Prozessvernetzung: Sie erweitern die Vernetzung von Prozessanlagen, IT-Systemen, Prozessleitsystemen und Geräten
- Datenerfassung und -auswertung: Sie etablieren und pflegen Systeme zur automatischen Datenerfassung und -auswertung mit dem Ziel der statistischen Prozesskontrolle
- Compliance: Sie berücksichtigen arzneimittelrechtliche Vorgaben bei der Implementierung und Pflege der Technologien, insbesondere in den Bereichen Qualitätsrisikomanagement, Change Control, Qualifizierungen, Validierungen und periodischen Evaluierung
Kooperation: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Engineering, Qualitätsmanagement und den Lieferanten zusammen
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozessautomation, vorzugsweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team motiviert und zielorientiert zu leiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungstechnologien
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Pflege von Monitoring-Systemen und automatischen Datenerfassungssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse der arzneimittelrechtlichen Anforderungen und der entsprechenden Regularien
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
