Let’s talkYour responsibilitiesOptimize processes for top international banks: Analyze complex processes, identify improvement potential, and develop smart solutions.Shape capital markets regulation: Advise on topics such as EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, SFTR, MAR, and MiCAR, and optimize regulatory reporting.Translate regulation into practice: Evaluate new requirements, develop tailored implementation strategies, and bring them to life.Bring in your expert knowledge: Collaborate closely with departments to solve complex regulatory challenges.Take responsibility in project teams: Structure and independently work on work packages, discuss results, and ensure impact for clients.Keep an eye on the market: Identify trends, drive topics independently, and develop innovative concepts in RegTech, automation, and new technologies.Your ticketDegree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field – ideally with a Master's, MBA, or PhD.Several years of experience in the capital markets environment: Knowledge of financial products and market infrastructures – ideally from regulatory or implementation projects (both traditional and agile).Deep knowledge of regulations: You know the rules like EMIR, SFTR, MMSR, MiFIR II, and transaction reporting and understand their impact on market participants.Tech-savvy: You use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, Octane, HP-ALM, SQL, Python & Co. – the more you bring, the better Additional experience with Data Analytics or Data Engineering is a plus.Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.Forward-thinking and solution-oriented: You connect the dots and develop smart solutions for complex challenges.
