Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns?Als Principal (m/w/d) Car Sales Architecture leitest, führst und verantwortest du strategisch relevante Themenstellungen und Produkte in fachlicher Hinsicht. Hierbei überblickst du die strategische Ausrichtung deines Fachbereiches, behältst marktbezogene Trends im Blick, treibst darauf aufbauende Themen übergreifend voran und befähigst deine Mitarbeiter*innen darin.
In deiner Rolle wirkst du als Inspirationsquelle im Bereich Architektur und förderst aktiv den Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams, aber auch über den Fachbereich hinweg und in die Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
Du analysierst unsere aktuelle IT-Landschaft und die Geschäftsprozesse der Car Sales Domäne und entwickelst eine strategische Roadmap für zukünftige IT-Lösungen und Architekturen.
Die Sicherstellung der dazugehörigen Integration unserer Produkte in das Enterprise Architecture Management und deren Vorgaben fällt hierbei auch in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
Du verbesserst die Anwendung strategischer Maßnahmen in unseren Produkten und stellst die Transparenz über deren Auswirkungen sicher.
Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen und Organisationseinheiten zusammen, um unsere Vision abzustimmen und weiter voranzutreiben.
Zur Modernisierung unserer Systemlandschaft entwirfst und implementierst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business und der IT Projekte und kommunizierst proaktiv Potentiale und Verbesserungen und misst den Erfolg von strategischen Initiativen basierend auf Daten.
Du bringst langjährige relevante Erfahrung im Bereich der Software-Entwicklung im Enterprise Umfeld, sowie in der Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture und/ oder einer ähnlichen technischen Führungsrolle mit.
Du kannst mit uns deine bisherigen praktischen Erfolge im Hinblick auf Enterprise Architekturtransformationen und -modernisierungen in einem technologisch heterogenen Umfeld teilen.
In traditionellen und modernen Enterprise Architecture Praktiken sowie im Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) bist du ein absoluter Experte.
Deine hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten über alle Ebenen hinweg, vor allem an der Nahtstelle von Business und IT, zeichnen dich besonders aus.
Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kontaktfreude im Kontext Business Partnering, sodass dir der Aufbau eines persönlichen Netzwerkes in Richtung Mercedes-Benz Group AG leichtfällt und du innerhalb dieses Ökosystems teamorientiert und auf Augenhöhe agieren kannst.
