Manager (all genders) Export Control
Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften des nationalen-, EU- und US-Re-Exportkontrollrechts
- Analyse, Ausarbeitung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung des ICP Export Control in Kooperation mit externen Partnern gemäß gültiger und anwendbarer Gesetze, Verordnungen, weiterer Vorgaben und der aktuellen Rechtsprechung
- Umsetzung, Überwachung und Optimierung von außenwirtschafts- und exportkontrollrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Beurteilung sowie Klassifizierung von Waren und Technologien gemäß internationaler Exportkontrollregularien
- Analyse und Anpassung von internen Verfahren und Prozessen
- Interner wie externer Ansprechpartner in exportkontrollrechtlichen Fragen, Themen und Aufgabenstellungen
- Koordinierung und Überwachung der exportkontrollrechtlichen Sachverhalte (Embargobestimmungen, Sanktionen, Personenkontrolle)
- Analyse, Validierung, Aktualisierung und Erstellung von Schulungs- und Informationsunterlagen in den Bereichen Exportkontrolle (national, EU, US)
- Durchführung von Schulungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung von Teilbereichen der Projektplanung, -organisation und -steuerung sowie selbstständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Workshops im Funktionsbereich
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (UNI/HS/BA) im Fachgebiet Jura, Betriebswirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft & Recht, IT, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle eines Industrieunternehmens
- Fundiertes Fachwissen im nationalen, europäischen und US (Re-) Exportkotrollrecht
- Gute Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
