SAP PP-PI Consultant (m/f/d) Project: Location:Between Stuttgart and Heidenheim (50% Remote / 50% Onsite) Start Date: asap Duration: 6 months (extension option until 31.07.2026) Workload: 3–5 days per week Industry: Pharmaceutical Project Language: German For a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced SAP PP-PI Consultant to support the Realize Phase of an SAP S/4HANA migration project. The consultant will be responsible for implementing the requirements identified during the Fit-to-Standard Phase and ensuring smooth realization and system go-live. Responsibilities: Fit-to-Standard Implementation: Implement requirements identified during the Fit-to-Standard phase in the Realize phase Validate and fine-tune Fit-to-Standard deliverables Identify gaps and define enhancements or workarounds Data Migration & Master Data Management: Support migration of recipes, process orders, and batch information Ensure data quality for migrated master data (materials, resources, classifications, etc.) Testing: Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders (production planning, manufacturing, quality assurance) Interfaces & Integration: Coordinate and test interfaces with MES systems, LIMS, or other production systems Support connection of process control systems (e.g. PI Sheets, XSteps) Training & Documentation: Prepare training materials for key users and end users in production Conduct workshops on new system processes and usage Go-Live & Hypercare: Support cutover activities (e.g. order transfer, inventory, open processes) Provide post–go-live support and issue resolution during hypercare Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP PP-PI Consultant Strong process knowledge in pharmaceutical production Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and Fit-to-Standard projects Deep knowledge of PP-PI, master data management, and system integrations Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Fluent in German Project Conditions: Remote share: 50% Engagement type: Freelance / Subcontracting possible Data processing outside EU/EEA: Not permitted Use of subcontractors: Contractually allowed
