Aufgaben
  • Plan, develop and execute events conducted by Merz Distribution Partner Management EMEA to ensure a smooth experience for attendees (Health Care Professionals and Distribution Partners)
  • Oversee and steer the communication and attendee handling for the involvement in prestigious conventions such as IMCAS, AMWC and MEXS
  • Steer projects related to events, marketing and further activities based on the defined strategic plan together with internal stakeholders and distribution partners projects ensuring high standards, compliance and a consistent image across the region
  • Support Marketing&Training Managers as well as Area Managers with the execution of local events and activities conducted by Merz's distributors
  • Ensure that events and projects are in line with legal, regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between Merz Distribution Partner Management EMEA and Merz Aesthetics EMEA to implement best practices and contribute to the annual brand plan - beside take ownership of allocated budgets and maintain financial control of spendings

Profil
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management, business administration, marketing or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years' experience in event management and a broad general marketing knowledge
  • Proven experience in marketing-related planning and management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and with external service providers
  • Experience in an international and agile environment, especially in the B2B sector
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages such as German, Russian or Turkish is a strong advantage - also proficiency in all MS Office applications
