Für die Leitung des Planungsteams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning und Production Planning) innerhalb der Supply Chain Organisation suchen wir im Rahmen einer geplanten Nachfolgereglung den Planning Manager - Supply Chain (w/m/d).

Aufgaben
  • Berichtsweg an den Vice President Supply Chain, Führung des Planning-Teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning)
  • Sicherstellung der Supply Chain Planung, Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse, um die End-to-End-Planung zu optimieren
  • Analyse/Bereitstellung aller Planungsdaten für das S&OP-Team - Sensitivitäten, Risiken, Chancen und Vor-/Nachteile
  • Produktionsplanung, Steuerung des S&OP-Prozesses, Implementierung von Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Erstellung, Validierung und Kommunikation eines optimalen S&OP-Plans, Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen
  • Systematische Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams, Definition von Zielen und KPIs für die Planungsorganisation
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Konzernstandards in der Supply Chain
  • Kontinuierliche enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik, Customer Service, Finance sowie auch mit Kunden

Profil
  • Relevantes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • ca. 5 Jahre Planungs-Erfahrung in der Supply Chain (Supply Chain Planung, S&OP Planung, Produktionsplanung etc.)
  • Souveräner Umgang mit ERP / IBP-Systemen (SAP o.ä.), vorzugsweise auch erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis im Bereich Supply Chain - vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit gutem Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen
  • Sehr strukturierter, prozessorientierter Arbeitsstil, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Ergebnisorientierung
  • Gutes allgemeines Geschäftsverständnis, Offenheit für Veränderungen und neue Initiativen (Systeme, Tools, Prozesse)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, Führungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
