Für unser Team Berlin-Mitte & remote suchen wir eine*n lernbereite*n Product Manager (m/w/d), die/der für unser neues Online Venture Levejo die digitalen Produkte in den Backstage Domains weiterentwickelt, wesentlich für das Category Management und das Fulfillment. Perfekt für motivierte Gestalter*innen: Als Product Manager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere ambitionierte Vision und Planung zum Leben zu erwecken und einen starken E-Commerce Player aufzubauen. Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Ownership für die digitalen Produkte in der Domain Backoffice (ERP & angrenzende Anwendungen), mit denen deine User im Category Management und Fulfillment für eure Kunden jeden Tag die Kernleistungen von Levejo erbringen.
  • Du versorgst darüber hinaus die anderen Produktteams mit essentiellen Daten bspw. zu Produkten und Preisen. Damit agierst du mit deinen Systemen im Herzen von Levejo.
  • Aus deinem tiefen Verständnis darüber, welche Ziele deine User erreichen möchten, verantwortest du für die User die outcome-orientierte Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen.
  • Das Order Management als Kern deiner Systeme entwickelst Du maßvoll weiter, so dass ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis auch nach dem Kauf gegeben ist.
  • Aus dem Zusammenspiel von Standard- und Individualsoftware schöpfst du den größtmöglichen Nutzen und kombinierst die Vorteile beider Welten.
  • Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team die Roadmap und hast dabei die Anforderungen aus den anderen Teams und der Fachorganisation mit im Blick.
  • Du unterstützt die Category Management und Fulfillment, und insbesondere auch Controlling und Marketing dabei, den Geschäftserfolg steuern zu können, indem du ihnen relevante Daten zur Verfügung stellst.

Profil
  • Du hast ein betriebs- oder medienwirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium / Ausbildung absolviert.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager mit Übernahme von Product Ownership inkl. Betriebsverantwortung im digitalen Umfeld.
  • Du hast viel Drive und Spaß an Herausforderungen und einem hohen Tempo - dabei ist es dir wichtig dennoch smart und überlegt zu handeln.
  • Erfahrungen im B2B-Retail und SaaS wären für dich ein wertvoller Vorteil.
  • Standard-Software in Kombination mit der Individualentwicklung eines agilen Entwicklungsteams sind für dich kein Widerspruch, sondern eine spannende Herausforderung.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Konfiguration von Standard-Software gesammelt und bist offen und motiviert, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis hilft dir in der Diskussion mit dem Entwicklungsteam, die beste Lösung zu entwickeln.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und auf Augenhöhe mit Team, Fachbereich und Gesamtorganisation.
