Your RoleYou develop and deploy the product line and product portfolio of Beverage Ingredients (from extracts to flavours) incl. the business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and the overall growth initiativesYou manage the global assortment with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organizationYou drive the sustainability approach for Beverage Ingredients along the whole Value Chain from Raw Material to finished productsYou define a roadmap to drive the business (and revenue growth) in close alignment with the Team Leader Product ManagementYou attend regular meetings with the R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales team to agree on the pricing strategy, product portfolio and supply chain topics with the respective teamsYou actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysisYou support the sales team by actively engaging in customer visits, projects and briefings to share specific product and market knowhowYou define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage in order to feed that back into the product roadmapYou communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates on all media incl. product portfolio displays within and outside of the organizationYou ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning Your ProfileYou successfully worked as a product or business development manager in the food and beverages industryYou have a degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualificationYou have a proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainablyYou have strong customer mind set with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentalityYour excellent organizational and project management skills help you to meet deadlinesYou bring hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills and you are capable of working well as part of a team as well as independentlyYou are able to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic work environmentYou are highly interested in technological processing of B2B ingredientsYou are willing to travel globally approx. 20% of the working timeYour fluent English skills will be required.
