To achieve this, first-class raw materials and natural additives are used.As an innovation professional in the pig sector, you'll be responsible for developing and improving products and services. You'll also provide technical support to the sales team and directly manage selected clients.Main tasks:Development of new, innovative feeds and servicesFurther development of existing feeds and servicesSupport and timely implementation of trials of new feedsCoordinating the market launch of new products and servicesEstablishing and exchanging information with partner organisations in Switzerland and abroadProviding technical support for your own customer portfolioGenerating enthusiasm among customers through practical and quick solutions to challenges on the farmCustomer acquisition in collaboration with the field sales forceCreating and analysing performance reports and implementing the resulting measuresCollaboration in the Group's innovation and product team Playing a leading role in the pig product and innovation teamParticipation in the monthly field sales meetings with a presentation on a current topicKnowledge of current market figures and market eventsUnderstanding of business calculationsPlanning and organising further training in your area of expertiseCollaboration with marketing on technical mattersRepresentation of the department at trade exhibitionsProfile:Extensive professional experience in the pig industryDegree in agronomy, veterinary medicine, higher technical school or similarExperience in the formulation of feed (knowledge of Bestmix an advantage)German, English, knowledge of French an advantageTeam player, open, communicativeMarket-orientated with strong implementation skillsAbility to work independently and analyticallyPassion for innovation, creativity and problem solvingAre you looking for a challenge where you can significantly shape the future development of the pig sector and generate above-average sales growth?
