Perfekt Werde Teil unseres Teams und baue eine Community für unsere Marke auf.Das sind deine AufgabenCommunity Building: Du baust unsere TikTok-Community von Grund auf auf und pflegst sie. Du interagierst mit zukünftigen Followern, beantwortest Kommentare und schaffst einen Ort für Austausch.Content-Strategie: Du entwickelst eine realistische Content-Strategie, die auf Trends, User-Generated Content und anderen Eigenheiten der Plattform basiert. Influencer & Creator Management: Du identifizierst, kontaktierst und arbeitest mit UGCs, TikTok-Creatorn und Influencern zusammen, um unsere Reichweite zu vergrößern und Kampagnen durchzuführen.Performance-Analyse: Du analysierst die Performance von Inhalten und Kampagnen anhand von KPIs und nutzt datenbasierte Erkenntnisse, um unsere Strategie kontinuierlich zu optimieren.Storytelling: Du hast ein Gespür für einzigartiges Storytelling und schaffst es, unsere Markenbotschaft authentisch und kreativ in kurzen Videos zu erzählen.Das bringst du mitAbgeschlossenes Studium erwünscht: In den Bereichen Online Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationenTikTok-Native: Du bist selbst tief in der TikTok-Welt verwurzelt, hast idealerweise ein eigenes Netzwerk und ein tiefes Verständnis für die Plattform, ihre Algorithmen und Trends.Community-Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im Community-Management mit, idealerweise auf TikTok oder anderen Social-Media-Plattformen.Kreativität & Teamgeist: Du bist eine kreative Persönlichkeit mit einer Begabung für Storytelling und Videoerstellung.
