Commercial Development Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
Als Commercial Development Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt und berätst du unsere CCO Inken Callsen im operativen und strategischen Geschäft, um innovative Lösungen für neue Themen und Ideen zu entwickeln. In dieser Rolle wirst du eine Schlüsselposition in unserem Unternehmen einnehmen und eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammenarbeiten, um die strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen.
Hierbei wirst du insbesondere
- strategisch bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele unterstützen und CCO-Zukunftsthemen vorantreiben
- eng mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen, um Konzepte, Managementsysteme und Geschäftsprozesse aus dem Geschäftsbereich CCO zu analysieren, zu optimieren und zu implementieren
- Meetings und Workshops sowohl inhaltlich als auch organisatorisch vor und nachbereiten
- die Erstellung von Präsentationen, Konzepten, Briefings und Beschlüsse vorbereiten, leiten und unterstützen
- das Stakeholdermanagement mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern zur Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und der Entscheidungsprozesse übernehmen
- relevante Inhalte, Machbarkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen (z.B. für Due Diligence, M&A) recherchieren und aufbereiten
- Marktanalysen erstellen sowie Trends innerhalb und außerhalb des Travel Retail Markts analysieren und beobachten
Profil
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Diplom/Master und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im internationalen Handelsumfeld oder der Strategieberatung mit Schwerpunkt Retail und Konsumgüter
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Einkauf und Supply Chain (bevorzugt im Einkauf)
- Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement sowie in der Projektleitung sowie Fähigkeit komplexe Themen in den Gesamtkontext zu bringen
- Souveränes, offenes, selbstbewusstes Auftreten mit guter offener Kommunikation aber hoher Diskretion und Vertraulichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, zahlenorientiert auch datengetrieben
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets sowie von gängiger Projektmanagement-Software
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der englischen und deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Hands-on-Mentalität, umsetzungsorientiert und pragmatisch
