Aufgaben
  • Gesamtprojektverantwortung inkl. fachlicher Projektteamführung, der Koordination der Schnittstellen Fachbereiche-Projektmanagement-Vertrieb-Kunde (extern und intern), der Termin- und der Budgetverantwortung
  • Festlegung der Ziele des Projekts in Abstimmung mit dem Advanced Development-Auftraggeber
  • Effiziente Projektplanung, -koordination und -steuerung von Stellung des Projektantrages bis hin zum aufgebauten Technologiedemonstrators (Z-Musters) und zur Übergabe an die Produktentwicklung
  • Federführende Erstellung und Aktualisierung des Projektzeitplans inkl. der kundenseitigen und der internen Meilensteine
  • Berichterstattung des aktuellen Entwicklungsstandes an den Auftraggeber und die relevanten Stakeholder
  • Moderation eventueller Interessenkonflikte innerhalb des Teams oder mit beteiligten Bereichen
  • Eskalation ans Management im Bedarfsfall
  • Motivation des Teams
  • Klare Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern, Auftraggebern, Vorgesetzten
  • Einhaltung von Regeln, Richtlinien, Vorgaben
  • Durchführung der Teambesprechungen
  • Vorbereitung der Projektmitglieder auf interne bzw. externe Audit Maßnahmen
  • Überprüfung des Projektfortschritts, Tracking des Aufgabenfortschritts der Teammitglieder

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Projektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften o.ä.
  • Umfangreiches Projektmanagementwissen (Projektplanung, Ressourcenmanagement, Kostenbericht, Teamsteuerung) erforderlich
  • Mind. 5 Jahre vergleichbarer praktischer Berufserfahrung sind erforderlich
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der nachfolgenden Bereiche:
    • Anwendung der Agile-Methoden
    • Anwendung der Kostenkontrolltechniken
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und Anforderungsbewertung vorteilhaft
  • Innovationsfähigkeit
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Bereitschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus anderen Ländern / Standorten
  • Reisebereitschaft
