Inside Sales Manager ProCall Voice Services (w/m/d)DEINE MISSIONAls Inside Sales Manager ProCall Voice Services (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Team und bist maßgeblich am Vertrieb für unser Produkt ProCall Voice Services beteiligt.
- Du übernimmst die telefonische Akquise und bist für den Aufbau von Partnern für unsere neue Cloud-PBX ProCall Voice Services zuständig.
- Du unterstützt unsere Partner beim Onboarding und übernimmst die Beratung zum Portfolio und der Lizenzierung.
- Neben der gezielten Ansprache gehören die Bearbeitung von Anfragen, die Projektnachverfolgung und die Durchführung von Online-Demos bzw. Webinaren zu deinem Aufgabenfeld.
- Gleichzeitig gewährst du die telefonische Erreichbarkeit für die Partner aus deiner Region.
- Alle getätigten Sales-Aktivitäten werden von dir in unserem ERP- bzw. CRM-System erfasst.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder bist ein vertriebsorientierter Quereinsteiger (w/m/d) und hast idealerweise erste vertriebliche Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb im Bereich der IT-Branche.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM-/ERP-Systemen und hast ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis.
- Du scheust dich nicht zu telefonieren und proaktiv zu sein.
- Du hast ein Gespür für die Bedürfnisse deiner Leads und kannst deren Anliegen individuell und mit Einfühlungsvermögen erfassen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit aus.
