When we unite as one team and pursue one shared vision, we can revolutionize how our customers work.About the RoleAs a B2B Commerce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, configurable solutions within a low-code/no-code platform environment. Your focus will be on enabling robust B2B commerce capabilities by leveraging platform-native configuration tools, minimizing custom development, and aligning technology with business goals.ResponsibilitiesInterface with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into configurable software components.Develop prototypes using configuration tools and demonstrate these to stakeholders to validate solution approach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the configuration supports the desired business processes.Provide expertise in the platform's configuration capabilities during the solution design and implementation phases.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems.Conduct solution testing and troubleshooting, resolving configuration issues as they arise.Lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective solution delivery.Coordinate team efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.QualificationsCertifications related to the specific platform(s) of expertise (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, ServiceNow System Administrator).Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Systems Analyst in B2B commerce environments.Hands-on experience with platforms offering extensive configuration capabilities (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).Demonstrated success in deploying enterprise-grade solutions with minimal custom codingFluency in GermanOSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
