Join us as we lead the future of finance automationAbout the role: The Senior Expert plays a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting services and drWhat makes you excel in this position: Proven expertise in Serrala's product suite or equivalent enterprise financial software solutions. Strong understanding of solution architecture, implementation methodologies, and customer-specific development.- Experience in defining functional requirements and contributing to product roadmaps. Familiarity with UAT processes, go-live support, and post-implementation handover. Ability to support sales processes with technical input and product demonstrations. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in consulting and software implementation Requirements: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, solution implementation, or product development. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across departments. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in coaching and developing talent within the organisation. High level of autonomy, accountability, and ownership in delivering results. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
