Abteilung Billing Services
Unsere Mission als Abteilung Billing Services ist es, eine transparente, präzise und effiziente Abrechnungsdienstleistung anzubieten. Dabei streben wir nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung unserer Geschäftsprozesse, insbesondere auch im Sinne unserer Kunden. Aufgaben
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Eingangsrechnungen (INVOIC): Netznutzung, Mehr- und Mindermengen, Messstellenbetrieb
- Klärung unplausibler Geschäftsvorfälle aus der Abrechnung und Recherche abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
- Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern
- Erstellung von Verbrauchsabrechnungen für Strom und Gas
- Abrechnung von Sonderfällen und speziellen Abrechnungsmodellen, Rechnungskorrekturen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozessabläufe
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie erste Berufserfahrung
- Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie generelle IT-Affinität
- Zuverlässige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie kommunikationssicheres Auftreten
- Bereitschaft, sich in ein etabliertes Team zu integrieren und dienstleistungsorientiert zu arbeiten
