Als Global Supply Chain Quality Manager (m|w|d) führen Sie internationale Teams, entwickeln Lieferanten weiter und stellen sicher, dass Qualität in jedem Prozess verankert ist von der Beschaffungsstrategie bis zur Endabnahme. Ihre Aufgaben Führung globaler und regionaler Qualitätsteams und Ausrichtung der Strategien an den Zielen von Voith Hydro. Qualifizierung und Freigabe von Lieferanten durch Audits sowie Überwachung von Zertifizierungen und Einhaltung der Anforderungen. Umsetzung präventiver Qualitätsmaßnahmen und Begleitung von Lieferantenentwicklungsaktivitäten (z. B. PFMEAs). Steuerung der Lieferantenleistung anhand von KPIs, Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Entscheidung über Sperrungen oder Freigaben. Planung und Koordination von Inspektionen und FATs bei Lieferanten sowie Berichterstattung an die Projektqualitätsteams. Unterstützung von Kostenoptimierungsinitiativen (OPEX, Lean) und Integration von Qualitätsanforderungen in Beschaffungsstrategien und Zeitpläne. Teilnahme an wichtigen Lieferantengesprächen (z. B. KoM), Durchführung von Prozessaudits und datenbasierten Verifizierungen. Erfassung von Lessons Learned und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen im Managementsystem. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenqualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der erneuerbaren Energiebranche oder im industriellen Umfeld. Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler Teams und komplexer Projekte. Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in ISO-Standards, Lieferantenaudits sowie Lean-Methoden und deren Anwendung in globalen Lieferketten. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, globalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
