Chief Information Security Officer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe:
Sie sind verantwortlich für eine ganzheitliche konzernweite Strategie zu Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance und für deren operative Umsetzung
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vorstand, dem IT-Bereich, den Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten, den Datenschutzbeauftragten und den Fachbereichen zusammen und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
Sie etablieren einen widerstandsfähigen Risikomanagementprozess zur Identifizierung; Bewertung und Minderung von Sicherheitsrisiken
Sie leiten das Incident Response Team bei der Bewältigung von Sicherheitsvorfällen
Sie entwickeln durch Trainings- und Awarenessprogramme die Sicherheitskultur im Unternehmen weiter
Bei Ihren Aufgaben und Projekten sind Sie der Treiber, Sie arbeiten aber auch aktiv dabei mit und führen sie erfolgreich zu Ende
Sie unterstützen Produktmanagement und Entwicklung bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen betreffend die Cybersicherheit von IT-Produkten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
Sie stellen sicher, dass branchenspezifische Vorschriften (KRITIS) und interne Sicherheitsrichtlinien eingehalten werden
Sie entwickeln ein transparentes Reporting und präsentieren diese Ergebnisse in verschiedenen Gremien
Ihre Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
Ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der normativen Vorgaben, der aktuellen Bedrohungslandschaft und bewährter Sicherheitspraktiken
Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM oder Ähnliches sind von Vorteil
Ihre berufliche Erfahrung umfasst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und in Sicherheitstechnologien wie Firewalls, Verschlüsselung, Cloud-Sicherheit und Intrusion-Detection- / Prevention-Systemen
Sie haben praktische Kenntnisse in Zertifizierungsprozessen von Unternehmen und in der Erstellung der entsprechenden Dokumentationen
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dank Ihrer ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten können Sie komplexe Sicherheitskonzepte an technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder vermitteln
Sie agieren gerne in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und können auch unter Druck hervorragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen
