Your Mission

Acquisition & management of insurance cover for all business activities (excluding local insurance lines outside of Germany)
Regular review of submitted offers in conjunction with the SME
Performance reviews of the insurance contracts including monitoring the compliance
Manage the proper handling of insurance claims including the pursuit for benefits
Support business units and subsidiaries on insurance-related issues and changes with support from the commissioned insurance broker
Ensuring fair and transparent allocation of insurance costs in complicance with legal and tax regulations
Supporting M&A projects with the review of insurance-related elements of the transactions
Providing guidance on procedures to follow in the event of insurance related incidents

Your Talents

Legal, Economic studies, University studies or comparable professional career in an industrial environment
Qualification as an Insurance specialist is an nice to have
At least 10 years experience in insurance on the in-house side
Basic knowledge of SAP
Effective negotiator
Fluent in German, with strong English skills
