Etwa 550 Mitarbeiter arbeiten in der Hauptverwaltung in Köln, rund 200 Mitarbeiter sind im Customer Contact Center (Call Center) beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen bearbeitet rund 1,2 Mio. Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland, entweder in einem der 370 Service-Center oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten.Zur Unterstützung für den Bereich Finance suchen wir unbefristet zum 01.01.2026 einenSenior Specialist (m/w/d) Forderungsmanagement Dein Aufgabenbereich:Als Senior Specialist (m/w/d) Forderungsmanagement bist Du verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung der offenen Posten in einem festen Kundenkreis für KFZ- und Haftpflichtversicherer und bist der Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zum Thema Rechnung und Zahlungen.Du bist zuständig für die Inbound und Outbound Telefonie mit den Versicherern und Privat- und Gewerbekunden sowie die sich hieran anschließenden Tätigkeiten.Die von dir geführten Gespräche und Vereinbarungen dokumentierst du in unseren IT-SystemenDie Bearbeitung von Zahlungsablehnungen und Rechnungskürzungen der Versicherer für einen festen Kundenbereich gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Versicherungspartner sowie den internen Fachabteilungen Key-Account und Sales und arbeitest mit diesen bei Fragen eng zusammen.Das Monitoring des Rechnungsversands an die Versicherer wird von Dir begleitet.Du bringst mit:Auf Basis einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung bringst Du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forderungsmanagement bei einem Industrie-, Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder einem Inkassounternehmen mit.Du verfügst über solide Buchhaltungskenntnisse im Bereich der Kundenbuchhaltung und kennst Dich mit der Bearbeitung, Überwachung und Analyse von Kundenkonten aus.Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zeit- und Organisationsmanagement zeichnen Dich aus.Persönlich überzeugst Du durch ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie eine hohe Kommunikations- und Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel sowie darüber hinaus idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Systemsoftware Oracle sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.Wir bieten Dir:Modernes Arbeitsumfeld: flache Hierarchien, Duz-Kultur, MitarbeitereventsEinstieg/ persönliche Entwicklung: Einarbeitungsplan mit Patenprogramm, Aus-, Weiterbildungs- und ZertifizierungsmöglichkeitWork Life Balance: Home Office (inkl.
