What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Instructor to deliver high quality training and certification classes. This role will primarily be remote with occasional travel across Europe as needed. If you are a Red Hat expert with a proven track record for training with fluency in Spanish, German, or Dutch, we want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up and teach Red Hat Training classes, both virtually and in-person
  • Set up and manage Red Hat's certification exams
  • Guide discussions with customers to scope training needs
  • Participate in internal projects and new course pilots
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for course material design and assist the curriculum team in reviewing and improving learning content

Mandatory Experience:
  • 5+ years in the computer industry with at least 3 years of instruction experience
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or ability to certify within 60 days of hiring
  • Solid background in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment
  • Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Strong course facilitation and management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time 
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience:
  • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) status or additional certifications, especially on Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
  • Experience in application development or modernization
  • Knowledge and experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), automation, etc.
  • Experience in providing training through virtual environments
