In unserem Headquarter in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (w/m/d)

AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT
Du bist Teil eines großartigen, europaweiten HR Transformation Projektes und begleitest die Digitalisierung ab dem ersten Schritt
Als Mitglied der Group IT unterstützt Du unsere globalen und lokalen HR Teams bei der Einführung von SuccessFactors, der Gestaltung des globalen Templates und des Rollouts in alle Gruppengesellschaften
Im Rahmen des internationalen IT Teams bist Du der Kontakt zu den HR Teams und bewertest, konzeptionierst und realisierst fachspezifische Anfragen
Du bist der Dreh und Angelpunkt innerhalb der IT rund um die Integration von SAP SF in die Systemlandschaft
Während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit und darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv mit – angefangen bei den anfänglichen Workshops über die Implementierungsphase bis hin zum Betrieb nach Projektabschluss
Du bist maßgeblich an der Gestaltung des Target Operating Models beteiligt und übernimmst Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse und des Change- und Incidentmanagement
Du steuerst unsere externen IT-Partner während der Projekte und im Betrieb
DEINE SKILLS
Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln können
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors, im Bereich Employee Central und gegebenenfalls weiteren Modulen
Sehr gutes Verständnis der gesamten unternehmerischen Wertschöpfungskette und der betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Ausgeprägtes prozessorientiertes Denken sowie Umsetzungsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
