This role involves working closely with R&D, production teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.This position is part of the NPI+Projects (part of the Technical Operations Team) team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. If you thrive in a multifunctional, fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class operations organization—read on.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Use a continuous improvement mindset using Six Sigma (DMAIC, SPC...) and Lean Tools (PSP, Kaizen...) to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, production, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.Act as a change leader to define manufacturing methods (like work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA and check lists) for new and existing products. Analyze production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Making sure deadlines within the team are keep and needed information is shared with relevant stakeholders.  The essential requirements of the job include: Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+5 years). Strong leadership skills. Experience in project management.Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment. Excellent technical skills (light assembly). Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/DBS, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Good knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Miro, Smartsheet).Good knowledge of data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate).Good knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools.Excellent English and German skills.  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in ISO ​Join our winning team today.
