Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Project Manager Systems Retrofit (m/w/d) für Standort Hamburg. DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN: Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Steuerung von Navigations- und Kommunikations-Retrofit-Projekten.
Technische und kommerzielle Überprüfung von Auftragsdokumenten.
Definition technischer Konzepte und Pflege des Projektumfangs in SAP.
Kostenplanung, Erstellung und Pflege der Arbeitsstruktur.
Termin- und Kostenkontrolle mit Gewinn- und Verlustverantwortung.
Vorbereitung und Management von Arbeitspaketen (z. B. Inbetriebnahme, Design, Engineering, Produktion, Schulung).
Änderungsmanagement (Change Order Management).
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und termingerechten Projektlogistik.
Bewertung und Management technischer und kommerzieller Projektrisiken.
Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erstellung von Angeboten (teilweise vor Ort).
Regelmäßiges Reporting über den Projektstatus und die Leistung.
Leitung und Teilnahme an Projektmeetings mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Ansprechpartner für Partner und Kunden.
Führung des Retrofit-Teams während der Umsetzungsphase (teilweise vor Ort).
Anwendung von Best Practices im Projektmanagement.
Die Aufgaben können entsprechend Ihrer individuellen Fähigkeiten und Interessen angepasst werden.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik
Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im o.g. Bereich
Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Handbücher und/oder Ersatzteildokumentation sowie zum Thema Integrierte logistische Unterstützung (ILS)
Kenntnisse vom ASD-Standard S1000D
Service- und kundenorientierte Handlungs- und Denkweise
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch- und Englisch
