Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Unterstützung der E2E Funktionen von CSL Behring Marburg in Finanzangelegenheiten sowie Beratung als Business Partner, z. B. hinsichtlich strategischer Planung.
  • Permanente Überprüfung der Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc- und Routineberichten sowie diversen Analysen. 
  • Überprüfung der monatlichen Kostenberichte für E2E Marburg
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung der Ausgaben für das Berichtsjahr
  • Überprüfung und Konsolidierung monatlicher Abweichungsanalysen
  • Verantwortung für die Auftragsabrechnung und Kontrolle der abgerechneten Prozessaufträge
  • Verantwortung für die Ermittlung der Ist-Kosten (Varianzen zum Standard) sowie der offenen Aufträge (WIP) einschließlich Analyse der Abweichungen und Abstimmung von Korrekturmaßnahmen mit den Fachbereichen
  • Beratung bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Langfristplanung (i.d.R. 5-10 Jahre) für die E2E-Kostenstellen
  • Konsolidierung, Validierung und Diskussion der Ergebnisse von Budgets, Forecasts und Langfristplanung (i.d.R. 5-10 Jahre) für die E2E-Kostenstellen
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen für Kosten und geplante Mitarbeiterzahlen pro Value Stream/Kostenstelle
  • Erstellung und Diskussion relevanter Produktivitätskennzahlen (Labor Models, Reject Rate)
  • Verantwortung für die Ermittlung und Aufbereitung der Manufacturing Variances für Forecast & Budget sowie für die globale Abstimmung der IC Sales mit anderen CSL Standorten
  • Im Rahmen von Budget-Prozessen zusätzlich:
  • Festlegung der Produkt-Ausbeuten gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Value Stream Leads
  • Kalkulation von Transfer-Preisen und Herstellkosten
  • Mitglied in globalen Gremien mit dem Ziel, die Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Best Practices voranzutreiben und sicherzustellen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen CoE & FPA Team im Hinblick auf die Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen und bei Bedarf Bereitstellung zusätzlicher Kommentare zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung von lokalen und globalen Projekten
  • Ansprechpartner bei der Durchführung von internen und externen Audits

Qualifikationen

  • i.d.R. Bachelor in Accounting, Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft; oder MBA oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • 5+ Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich/Controlling
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen (Buchhaltung und Controlling) und/oder spezielle Controller Ausbildung mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Budgeting/Forecasting,
  • Erstellung von Bus. Cases und komplexen Analysen.
  • Englisch Level 2.
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office Applikationen, SAP, BPC)
