HEAD OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (ALL GENDER)

Für unsere Faber-Castell Aktiengesellschaft in Stein bei Nürnberg suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Leitung für unsere Abteilung Financial Accounting (all gender).

AUFGABENINHALTE

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter*innen der Abteilung
* Verantwortung für die gesamten Aufgaben im Bereich der Buchhaltung, einschließlich der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB u. IFRS)
* Führung und weiterer Ausbau der Shared Service Funktion für die Region Europa
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Bereichen und Schnittstellen (v.a. Steuern, Controlling, IT, Einkauf und Vertrieb)
* Verfolgung und Umsetzung von gesetzlichen Änderungen
* Fachliche Verantwortung als Business Steward für die globalen Prozesse in SAP S/4HANA (FI) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Key-usern
* Übernahme von Projektverantwortung (auch international) sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Accounting Prozesse
* Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und externe Berater
