As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by providing professional and customer-oriented service. Your focus will be on technical expertise and a confident demeanor.

Your responsibilities:

Providing technical support via phone, email, or remote connection to our customers in Düsseldorf and surrounding areas
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Recording and documenting customer inquiries, problem resolutions, and troubleshooting approaches in our ticketing system
Managing access rights and user accounts, as well as assisting with the setup of software and hardware for customers
Training customers on the use of IT systems and applications
Collaborating with other IT teams to solve complex problems and make service improvements
